THE LITTLE PRINCES AND PRINCESSES CLUB
First steps towards respectful confidence

During The Little Princes and Princesses Club is a practical programme for children aged 5 to 8. Through play, stories and familiar everyday situations, children learn how to feel confident and behave appropriately around others.
How do I enter a room, greet someone and introduce myself? When should I speak more quietly, and when should I make my voice clear? How do I wait, listen and express what I need? How do I behave at the table, when visiting someone or in an environment where I need to adapt my behaviour to the situation?
We do not simply talk about appropriate behaviour. We explore, experience and practise it.
Notice. Choose. Act.
Children learn to notice what is happening around them, choose an appropriate response and try it independently.
During the programme, they practise how to:
- enter a room with confidence, greet others and introduce themselves;
- use a voice, words and posture appropriate to the situation;
- listen, wait and take part;
- express a wish, disagreement or personal boundary politely;
- behave appropriately at the table, when visiting and in different social settings;
- show respect for themselves, other people and shared spaces.
The goal is not perfect behaviour or a child who is always quiet and obedient. The goal is a child who gradually understands what is appropriate in a particular situation, why it matters and what they can do independently.
Learning through experience
Each session combines a short story, movement, role-play, a practical challenge and another opportunity to try. Activities change frequently and are adapted to the children’s age and attention span.
Children practise in a small group where everyone has enough space to participate, explore different responses and receive clear, encouraging feedback.
The programme does not replace preschool, school or learning within the family. It offers something additional: guided and repeated practice in real-life situations in which children are often expected to know how to respond, even though they may never have been shown or given a safe opportunity to practise.
A final session with parents
Parents join the final part of the last session. Through a short practical demonstration, the children present selected skills they have been practising.
This allows each child to recognise and feel proud of their progress. Parents gain a clear insight into the programme’s approach and receive guidance on how to continue practising at home without excessive correction.
Every child receives a certificate of participation.

FUTURE SKILLS LAB
A practical social skills and respectful confidence programme for children aged 9–12
From “I don’t know what to do” to “I know how to handle this.”

How can a child approach a group, start a conversation or express an opinion? How can they say “no”, set a boundary or respond appropriately online?
Children often know what they are expected to do. In a real situation, however, they may struggle to find the right words, confidence or response.
Future Skills Lab is a five-session practical programme in which children do more than learn about social skills – they practise, test and strengthen them.
The aim is not for a child to become the loudest person in the room. It is to help them connect with others, speak clearly, listen, participate and stand up for themselves respectfully.
Five sessions for real life
Children will practise how to:
ENTER WITH CONFIDENCE AND MAKE CONTACT
Greet others, introduce themselves, approach an individual or a group and start a conversation.
LISTEN AND PARTICIPATE
Wait for their turn, show interest, ask relevant questions and take part in a conversation.
SPEAK UP AND STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES
Express an opinion clearly, say “no” calmly, set a boundary and respond to peer pressure.
THINK BEFORE THEY CLICK
Communicate respectfully online, protect their privacy and make thoughtful choices when taking photographs, posting content or participating in group chats.
FEEL AT EASE AT THE TABLE AND WITH OTHERS
Use cutlery and a napkin appropriately, take part in conversation and contribute to an enjoyable shared meal.
Skills children can put into practice.
Most of our time is devoted to practical learning through scenario cards, role-play, group challenges and realistic everyday situations.
A child first responds to a situation in their own way. They then identify what already worked, receive one clear suggestion for improvement and try again.
Social confidence does not develop through explanation alone. It grows through experience, practice and constructive feedback.
Personal feedback
At the beginning and end of the programme, we observe how each child uses selected social skills.
Parents receive a personal Future Skills Snapshot – a concise and practical overview of their child’s observed strength, progress and recommended next step.
Before the programme begins, parents are invited to a short online introduction to our approach. They also join part of the final session, where children demonstrate what they have practised through a selection of real-life scenarios.

JUST FOR TEENS
Your Voice. Your Opinion. Respect for Yourself and Others.
Our programme for young people aged 13–17 is currently being redesigned.

The teenage years bring new social situations: joining a new group, expressing your own opinion, dealing with peer pressure, setting personal boundaries and communicating both face-to-face and online.
We are building the new programme around real situations that teenagers encounter today. We combine modern etiquette with skills that help young people become more independent and socially confident:
- confident communication and expressing their own views,
- personal boundaries and responding to peer pressure,
- social and digital communication,
- appropriate behaviour in different social settings,
- taking responsibility for their own decisions.
At the heart of the programme is respectful confidence – knowing how to stand up for yourself without putting others down.
Programme Currently Being Redesigned
New content, dates and registration details will be published once the redesign is complete.
